Did anyone else see the news that EnergyStar is going to potentially change building ratings soon? They sent out an email about adding new weather stations and only using the last 15 years of weather data instead of 30 years like they had been. Interesting to see the potential changes for building owners.

Is anyone here familiar with the new electrical sub-metering requirements of New York City Local Law 88? My understanding is that starting on January 1, 2025, the electrical consumption of many types of tenant spaces will need to be measured by one or more sub-meters. Is this correct? Is anyone familiar with what types meters are required and what they specifically need to meter? Is reporting required?
