# NovaVue 6.1 released

Version 6.1 of the NovaVue monitoring platform is now available. This release includes the following enhancements:

- Comprehensive generator support. NovaVue now tracks a broad set of trendable metrics and status points for diesel generators, including standard electrical values such as current and voltage as well as generator-specific values such as engine speed and coolant temperature.

- New status dashboard. This panel makes it easy to view multiple status points at a glance, rather than having to scroll through a list to locate values of interest.

- Centralized access to alarms and events. Introduced for site and building dashboards in version 6.0, this new view consolidates all device notifications into a single list for easier access.

- Improved reporting capabilities. Report timeframes are no longer limited to day intervals, and can now be specified to the second.

- Streamlined iOS navigation. The organization and site lists have been combined so that fewer taps are required to get to site and building dashboards or device details.
