Question: How frequently does NovaVue update its software, and what is the update process like?

Hi, We typically have one large release every year with multiple point releases during the year. As a cloud offering, the update process is seamless to the customer. We do provide release notes and personal training for all users each time there is a major release update. Please let me know if you need more information.

Is there any downtime during the updates?

Because we are a cloud-based solution the downtime for upgrades is very minimal. We usually have no more than 5 min of downtime for a typical upgrade.
